How to get the most out of your appointment
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled the day before your appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the service value scheduled. Same day cancellation or no-shows of appointments will incur a charge of 100% of the service value scheduled.
SILENT APPOINTMENTS
Please let me know if you'd like a silent appointment, no questions asked.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
* for haircuts, no need to wash your hair before hand. I will wash your hair!

* for coloring, no more than 2 days without washing please. We don't want the color to loose its power breaking through too many oils and products.

* CONSULTATIONS are always available, whether through text, phone call, video or in person. If you'd like to chat before your appointment, just reach out 248-242-1534.

* PICTURES!!!! Bring as many as you want. The good, the bad, the ugly. Literally, I like to see what people like and DON'T like. Let's dissect them together to get you the perfect customized result.

* PICTURES! I will be taking them. The safety and privacy of my guests are important to me. Just let me know if you wouldn't like your face photographed. I can always send you photos I take directly as well.
WHAT TO WEAR
*I love style, but please skip the hoodies, high, or bulky collars! They can make it tricky for me reach certain areas.
*For the best photo vibes go for black, grey, or tan shirts—they really shine!
*I always strive to protect clothing, but just in case, please avoid wearing your favorite or pricey tops for color or cutting appointments. No worries though, I have cute smocks you can change into before we get started!
*Most importantly, come in comfy and ready to enjoy experience!

* Don't be afraid to take phone calls or bring your work with you.
